What differences are there from a normal excursion? Our running tours are not as crowded, it’s a private tour for you and your family or friends. It will give you time to see more things in less time, with the advantage of exercising and seeing the city at the same time.

What are running tours? A running tour involves visiting places of interest in a destination through the practice of sports. It is open to anyone who wishes to explore Córdoba actively. We make sure to maintain a relaxed pace so that everyone can enjoy the entire tour, and we will make mini stops to rest at points of interest. Children under 16 must be accompanied by one of their parents.

Who are the running tours for? Our running tours are accessible to almost everyone. If you exercise regularly or run occasionally, you shouldn’t have any problems, regardless of your age. However, it is not recommended for people with heart problems and children under 13.

Where does the tour start? The tour will start at Plaza de las Tendillas. Plaza de las Tendillas is located in the city center and can be easily accessed on foot or by public transport. We can also pick you up at your hotel door, you just need to purchase the additional service when making the reservation.

At what pace do we run? A running tour is not a race. The idea is to run at a pace that allows for conversation and to admire the landscape and historical monuments. After all, we believe that running, like tourism, is primarily about enjoyment. The aim of the tours is to make friends, discover new and interesting things, and feel good.

What’s special about this tour? You will run with locals who know the city thoroughly. You’ll see places you wouldn’t discover otherwise.

Can I take photos during the tour? Of course! We like to make stops at the most beautiful places. We also take photos during the tour and post them online if you give us permission.

What if it rains? Don’t worry! If you wish, we are ready to run in any weather.

Should I expect a history lesson? Throughout the tour, we offer brief explanations and interesting anecdotes; this is not a boring history lesson.

What are the prices? Prices vary depending on the number of people and the route we take. For example, a 5km route with 5 people may cost €20 per person. When making the reservation, the price will be calculated based on these variables.

Are the Tours private? Yes. You can run alone, with your partner, your family or friends.

Is it safe? We are committed to providing you with the best and safest tourist running experience possible in Córdoba. Your health and safety are our top priorities. However, please note that, despite being experienced runners, we are not personal trainers or healthcare professionals. Therefore, our responsibility is limited to guiding you along the best path. We will not be responsible for any health problems or accidents during the tour.

Since we will be running in the urban area of downtown Córdoba, we will obviously pass through areas with some traffic. We ask you to follow your guide and listen to their instructions to respect traffic lights and other safety rules related to the use of public roads.
