By accessing or using the CordobaSportsTours.es website, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you are requested not to use our Services.

Reservations and Payment

To book an activity with CordobaSportsTours.es, you must do so by completing the specific online booking form for the desired activity.

The response delay to the booking inquiry may vary but is usually within 24 hours. CordobaSportsTours.es will communicate to you the availability of the desired activity.

If the activity is available and only after your confirmation of the payment method, CordobaSportsTours.es will reserve the spot(s) and confirm this reservation via email.

Activities

You must be at the starting point of the activity you booked no later than 5 minutes after the activity start time. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may miss the start of the activity.

CordobaSportsTours.es reserves the right to modify a circuit and therefore exclude points of interest, areas, and themes from a tour, in case the circuit is negatively affected by external events. No refunds will be offered for modified itineraries.

Cancellations and Refunds

To cancel or modify a reservation, you must contact us by email at cordobaruns@gmail.com. If your cancellation or modification request is made at least 24 hours before the tour start time, CordobaSportsTours.es will provide you with a full refund or modify the reservation to an alternative date or time if available, according to your expressed preference. Refunds are made via the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Also, please note that some payment processing and refund fees operated by third-party companies (e.g., FareHarbor, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) are non-refundable.

CordobaSportsTours.es will not refund any cancellations requested with less than 24 hours’ notice before the activity start time. Whenever possible, we will offer an alternative date or time to reschedule the original tour.

CordobaSportsTours.es cannot refund participants who do not show up for a tour. If a participant is not present within 5 minutes after the tour start time, CordobaSportsTours.es will consider the participant as a no-show.

CordobaSportsTours.es reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason. In the unlikely event that CordobaSportsTours.es cancels a scheduled tour, participants will be notified via their contact email address, and attempts will also be made to contact participants via their contact phone number. In such a case, a full refund will be made via the original payment method.

Participant Liability and Health

CordobaSportsTours.es is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused to a participant’s belongings before, during, or after a tour.

Participants are also responsible for their own safety before, during, and after the tour. CordobaSportsTours.es is not responsible for any injury, accident, or even death caused to a participant before, during, or after a tour.

CordobaSportsTours.es reserves the right to refuse to allow a participant to participate in our activities based on their medical conditions. CordobaSportsTours.es highly recommends that you consult your doctor and obtain medical approval before starting any running or sports walking tour with us.

Participant Behavior

CordobaSportsTours.es reserves the right to deny a participant participation in a tour, at the beginning or at any time during the tour, if the participant’s behavior is deemed offensive to other participants or endangers the safety of the participants at risk.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Any new version of the Terms will not apply retroactively but will replace the previous Terms. We recommend that you frequently check the Terms and conditions and save the latest version on durable media.
